Firearms for the
Injured/Downed Officer During a gunfight many
officers are injured, or find themselves on the ground. This
one-day class will teach officers how to use firearms when they are
injured or on the ground.
Police
Groundfighting All too often, officers find
themselves in a physical confrontation with a subject in which they
have been taken to the ground. This one-day class will emphasize how
to win this confrontation.
Defensive Use of the
Lockblade Knife Many officers
carry lockblade folding knives. This one-day class will provide
techniques for using these knives in a life-and-death
confrontation.

Introduction to the
Double-Action Revolver The double-action revolver
is a good, economical way to start learning how to use a handgun.
This one-day class will introduce the new gun owner to the use of
the double-action revolver. Classroom and handgun range required
for this class.
Introduction to the
Double-Action Semi-Automatic Pistol Many new gun
owners purchase double-action semi-auto pistols. This one day class
will introduce the safe, effective use of these guns. Classroom
and handgun range required for this class.
Use of the Handgun for
Defense This intermediate class, for handgun owners
who plan to use them for self defense, will cover legal
considerations, as well as teach tactics and techniques for use.

Use of the
Shotgun/Pistol Caliber Rifle for Home Defense Many
cities and towns have made the ownership of handguns illegal. This
class will teach the use of the shotgun or pistol-caliber rifle
(carbine) for home defense. Classroom and firearms range
required for this class.
Defensive Use of the Lockblade
Knife Many people carry lockblade knives as a tool
and a defensive weapon. This class will emphasize legal
considerations, as well as tactics and techniques for the defensive
use of these knives.

Defend
Yourself! Everyone, from teenagers to senior
citizens, has the right to defend themselves, their friends and
their families from violence. This one-day
class teaches one method of basic, unarmed
self-defense that is easy to learn in a short
time. This class can be broken up into shorter
sessions on request.

for Success At a time when many of
us must be concerned about urban crime and other threats to
safety but also comply with stringent security regulations, we still
must find a way to keep ourselves safe. This one-day class
focuses on the use of everyday items that are legal to carry
anywhere for self defense. This class can be broken
up into three two-hour sessions on request.
Any of our classes may be scheduled as
women-only, on request.

or two-hour classes can be brought to any venue for instruction in
the Noble Science of Defence.
Footwork of
DiGrassi This class introduces the footwork for the
single sword as taught by DiGrassi.
Case of Swords from
DiGrassi This class teaches a set of drills used to
make the student familiar with the use of a Case of Swords based on
DiGrassi.
Drills for Single
Sword This class will introduce a series of drills
used to teach the footwork and bladework for the student of
defence.
Rapier
Melees This is a class for the SCA rapier fighter
who is interested in learning/working with tactics for rapier
melees.
Learning from
Swetnam This class introduces the techniques for
single rapier and rapier and dagger, as taught by Joseph
Swetnam.
Rapier and Dagger of
Swetnam This class is an extensive look at the
rapier and dagger techniques of Joseph Swetnam.
Introduction to the
Noble Science of Defence: How to Introduce Rapier When There Isn't
Enough Gear to Go Around This class is aimed at
teaching the instructor who is working with beginning students. It
presents a series of drills and movements to introduce footwork
without requiring protective gear or swords.
Medieval Defence for
Modern Times The medieval fighter could not always
be armed, so he learned unarmed grappling and weapons defenses along
with his other martial arts. This class will introduce some of
these techniques and show how they can still be used in our modern
times.

real knives and swords can do to
real people with real flesh.

Pocket?" Demonstrates firearms and weapons
concealment techniques.

High!" Presents in-costume look at life as a Deputy
U.S. Marshal in the Old West.
"...Sam Colt Made Them
Equal" Discusses the history of modern firearms.
